| | | This is a very free flowering tropical waterlily that has a deep rasperry red flower with a yellow center and a lovely fragrance. The leaves are green with some purple blotches on the new leaves. This is one of the most striking waterlilies ever developed and it is highly recomended for medium to large watergardens. It can be used in smaller ponds if it is planted in a smaller pot (ten inch) to restrict growth. When placed in the watergarden it is best if there is eight to ten inches of water over the plant. If the pool is too deep, bulid a pedestal out of bricks or blocks to bring the pot up to the correct height. Blooms will be produced freely if fertilizer tablets are added once a month during the growing season.
