The inner petals are orange, deepening with time. The outer petals are an apricot color changing to a deep pinkish orange by the third day.

Leaf Shape:
The leaves are oval, and have an open sinus. The lobes are rounded near the tips.
Leaf Coloration:
Usually green though somewhat variable. The new leaves are olive green and speckled. The larger leaves from an established plant are generally a deep green with large and small purple blotches.

3 - 4 feet

This is a very free flowering, changeable, hardy, waterlily that does well in small to meduim watergardens, as well as tub gardens. This is a hard to find waterlily, most of the large commercial watergardens will sell a Sioux, or Chrysantha in its place, as they are similar. Make sure you get the real thing!
